Georgia Bureau of Investigation searching for Georgia man with close family ties in Greene County

Adam John Lee, 30, of Broxton, Georgia, has been missing since May 20 and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Coffee County Sheriff’s Department have issued a request for information from the public.

According to Lee’s mother, Lee formerly resided in Greene County, spending growing up years here and also living here as an adult. Lee was residing in Georgia at the time of his disappearance.

The GBI says Lee has ties in several counties in Georgia, but also lists Indiana. The Indiana ties are close family ties and friends from Greene County.

The Linton Police Department has asked for help from the public to locate a suspect in a home burglary that’s considered to be “armed and dangerous.” But the LPD is not the only agency looking for 23-year-old Marion “Tanner” Haywood. A warrant for his arrest was issued earlier today in Monroe County where he’s accused of battery with a deadly weapon, strangulation and kidnapping.
