Dec. 31, 10:57 a.m., Brenda Payne, 34, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for theft with a prior unrelated conviction for theft or conversion. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Dec. 31, 11:20 a.m., Braxton Cain Anthony, 31, Shelbyville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $500 cash only.

Dec. 31, 9:00 p.m., Logan Elliott Hobbs, 34, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated–endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.

Jan. 2, 12:12 a.m., David Michael Sankey, 52, Terre Haute, was arrested on a preliminary charge of habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $4o0.
