Jan. 3, 4:35 a.m., Michael John Reed, 44, Bloomington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $800.

Jan. 3, 8:33 a.m., Carl Troy Romine, 56, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed.

Jan. 3, 11:53 p.m., Hiro Lynn Jenkins, 21, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended–conviction of a criminal offense. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100.

Jan. 4, 7:36 p.m., Tyler Phelan Howser, 53, Switz City, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended resulting in injury. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.
