The door was locked when a BPD officer arrived on the scene of domestic violence and saw a man behaving aggressively and heard a woman crying for help. The suspect ran when he saw the officer and the officer broke through the door. The suspect took off out the back door but was taken into custody over the weekend.

Lowell is missing from Freedom, Indiana which is 60 miles Southwest of Indianapolis, and was last seen on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 5:45 pm.
