Kathy J. Buck, age 54, of Greenwood, entered Heaven's gates on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. She was born in Linton, Indiana on June 26, 1971, the daughter of Daniel & Mira A. (Trinkle) Bowersock.

She was a graduate of Linton Stockton High School then graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and after that she went on to receive her MBA from the University of Dallas. She was a huge sports fan and was especially an IU Hoosier fan.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Morgan Buck; father, Daniel Bowersock; sister, Kristy (Pete) Angleton; mother-in-law, Linda Buck; sister-in-law, Meghann (Jonathan) Newman as well as her nieces, Vivian Angleton, Willow Angleton and Natalie Newman.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mira Bowersock; paternal grandparents; maternal grandparents as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service was held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greene County Humane Society.
