UPDATE: Indiana Miller, 25, Bloomfield, was booked into the Greene County Jail around 10 a.m. yesterday, Monday, January 18, to begin serving his sentence……. A man arrested last June and charged with three counts including rape and sexual battery entered into a negotiated plea agreement in late September. Yesterday in Greene Circuit Court, he pled guilty to two counts. Although the rape charge was dismissed, he was sentenced to time in the Greene County Jail, followed by time on work release.
