UPDATE: Terry Lee Scales was taken into custody sometime yesterday, December 5, by Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt following an investigation by GCSD Det. Sgt. James O’Malley. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1000 and was released…… A warrant was issued Wednesday for a Worthington man following an investigation into a complaint of inappropriate behavior.

Bond set at $80,000 cash only for Switz City man accused of crimes against a child

This was a swift investigation. Within two days of receiving a tip about a Switz City man allegedly involved in sexual crimes against a very young child, including child pornography, ISP detectives arrested the suspect. Earlier today, a judge set the man’s bond at $80,000 cash only.
