Randal E. Crane

Randal E. Crane, 68, of Linton passed away Thursday January 1, 2026, at his residence.

Born November 4, 1957, in Linton, Indiana, the son of Murl D. Crane and Evelyn L. (Pearson) Crane.

Randal was a retired Electronic Technician retiring from Crosspoint in Indianapolis. He attended the Pleasantville Community Church and had attended the Assembly of Christ Church in Bloomfield. Randal liked doing word puzzles, spending time with friends and family, and helping in any way he could and was quite talented/knowledgeable in automobiles, plumbing, electricity, accounting, carpentry, etc.

Surviving relatives include his brother, Stephen (Debbie) Crane; sister, Patty (Steve) Farris; step-brother, Garry May; step-sister, Beth Knickerbocker; nephews, Josh (Paula) Crane, Tim (Chelsea) Farris; step-niece, Carrie Gilreath; many step nephews and nieces; several great nieces/nephews, great-great nieces/nephews and his special friend, Jeannie Lawson.

Randal was preceded in death by two nephews, Patrick Crane and Stephen Crane, Jr.; step-brothers, Ronnie May and Larry May; and his parents.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 P.M. on Friday January 9, 2026, at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. Abram Beck officiating. Burial will follow at the Worthington Cemetery.

The family asks that any memorial donations in Randal’s name be given to the Pleasantville Community Church or the Assembly of Christ Church in Bloomfield.
