Worthington man sentenced for sexual misconduct with a minor

When a Worthington man arrested and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor in 2019 appeared in court last week, he changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced. He’ll be serving his time on home detention.

UPDATE: Terry Lee Scales was taken into custody sometime yesterday, December 5, by Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt following an investigation by GCSD Det. Sgt. James O’Malley. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1000 and was released…… A warrant was issued Wednesday for a Worthington man following an investigation into a complaint of inappropriate behavior.
