SULLIVAN COUNTY, IN - On Saturday afternoon, Sullivan County Sheriff’s dispatch was notified around 4 PM of an ATV accident in a wooded area west of Hymera. Upon arrival emergency crews discovered the driver had passed away as a result of his injuries. The name of the deceased has now been released along with additional information.

He was already in trouble in Greene County and out on bond in two criminal cases for alleged drug dealing. Now his bond may be revoked and a warrant’s been issued for his arrest in Greene County, but he’s still in the Sullivan County Jail for now.
