Three individuals were arrested by Indiana State Police Master Trooper Jarrod Lents on Wednesday, October 27. All three have been charged with drug charges. One has since posted bond and been released but the other two are still in custody. Both are being held on a $50,000 bond, with ten percent cash allowed. It would take $5,000 each for them to be released.

Collins Edward Lueallen, Jr., 33, Crane, and Jeremy Christopher Hall, 38, Bloomfield, are both still in the Greene County Jail. Pamela Jean Delph, 30, Lyons, has been released after posting $400 on a $4,000 bond with ten percent cash allowed.

Collins Lueallen Jr. was wanted on a warrant issued out of Daviess County on charges of burglary, theft and criminal trespassing. He’d entered into a negotiated plea agreement and was supposed to be at a change of plea hearing in early October but he was a no-show and a warrant was issued.

On October 27, ISP Trooper Lents was trying to find Lueallen and had gone to Lueallen’s residence in Crane. Lueallen wasn’t there and another resident told Trooper Lents that Lueallen was staying at a residence on State Road 58, west of Westgate Road. It turned out the SR 58 location was owned by Charles “Chuck” Proctor, who is currently incarcerated in the Greene County Jail.

When Trooper Lents arrived with Troopers Eric Nash and Scott Miller, Jeremy Christopher Hall came to the door and said Lueallen wasn’t there. After being told that he could face charges if Lueallen was found to be inside, Hall then confirmed Lueallen was there and that Pamela Delph was also inside the house.

When Troopers Lents and Nash went inside, they asked Lueallen to show himself several times but he did not. Lueallen was then located hiding in a bathroom closet. When taken into custody, he asked to go to into a bedroom to get his boots on. Trooper Nash escorted him to get his boots but in the process, saw drug paraphernalia in plain view.

A search warrant was issued and Officer Heather Wood from the Worthington Police Department arrived with her K-9. When the search was executed, with assistance from the K-9, troopers reported finding syringes and additional drug paraphernalia – with some items field-testing positive for the presence of methamphetamine.

In his report, Trooper Lents noted that Lueallen is originally from Florida, and he has an extensive out-of-state criminal history.

Lueallen was booked into the Greene County Jail at 2:13 p.m., Delph at 3:28 p.m. and Hall at 3:49 p.m.
