Janet Lee England, 71, of Lyons passed away Tuesday September 1, 2026 at Greene County General Hospital.

Born October 3, 1954 in Greenfield, Ohio the daughter of William Edward Wilson and Thelma Louise (Lytle) Wilson.

Janet was a homemaker and a member of the Victory Baptist Church of Bloomfield, the Bloomfield American Legion Auxiliary, were she loved to attend Bingo, she also loved to do crafts, she was a mom and grandmother to several children even those that weren’t hers.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Tressa (Bubba) Derouin, her four sons, Jimmy England, Brandon (Andrea) England, Blake England, Charles England, her five grandchildren, Christopher Derouin, Caleb Derouin, Courtney England, Cameron England, Matthew England, she has six great grandchildren with two on the way, her four siblings, Margaret Achors, Patricia Skinner, Kenny Wilson, James Wilson and her dog Buttons.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Dean England on May 18, 2024, four brothers, Steve, Harold, Lloyd, and Bill Wilson, one sister, Betty Skinner and her parents.

Visitation will be held from 12 P.M. until the hour of service on Saturday September 5, 2026 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home with Rev. Jerel Clanney officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Ridge Cemetery.

The family ask all memorial donations in Janet’s name be given to the Family Life Center.
