In the wake of the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office Criminal Nonsupport Campaign, which allows criminal action to be taken against those who have accrued large arrears, a warrant has been issued for a Sullivan man for nonpayment of more than $40,000 in child support.

Following the arrest, the school confirmed the suspect was no longer employed at the school. Earlier today, the Greene County Prosecutor filed criminal felony charges against the suspect in Greene Circuit Court.

Read MoreUPDATED with SENTENCING……… In Greene Superior Court, on his 58th birthday, a Bloomfield man was remanded to the custody of the Greene County Sheriff’s Department after a jury found him guilty of public nudity and public indecency. Terry J. Gilmore, a coach and businessman at the time of the incidents, was booked into the Greene County Jail at 2:05 p.m. after the verdicts were returned then was sentenced later in the month.
