A Linton man was arrested Oct. 29 after deputies reportedly found more than 13 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during an encounter along State Road 54.

Beginning on or around Monday, October 20, crews will close State Road 45/58 near Owensburg. This closure will occur near County Road South 625 E. Born on February 29, 1952, in Panabo, Davao Norte, Philippines, she was a cherished daughter of Francisco and Leonora (Villaluz) Consolacion. From her earliest days, Theresa was known for her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Born in Sullivan on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1941, to Marvin E. and Freda A. (Trinkle) Taylor, Sharon radiated kindness and joy throughout her life.
Donald W. "Don" Greenwood, 86, of Linton, passed away peacefully with his family at his side at 1:13 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Greene County General Hospital in Linton. Born and raised in Linton to Hubert and Ruth (Berns) Greenwood, Don was proud to call the community his lifelong home.
