A 37-year-old Solsberry woman was arrested Nov. 21 on a warrant for dog bite liability two of her dogs bite a woman who was taking a walk.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is seeking help in locating a 15-year-old missing juvenile who is believed to have run away.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 26, deputies were called to Open Arms in Switz City to help locate Lillian Waters. According to a press release from the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, the teen was last seen wearing black pants, a dark t-shirt, and cream-colored Hey Dude shoes. She was also carrying a gray blanket and a flashlight. She’s approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall with long brown hair and blue eyes. She had a heart tattoo on her left hand.
It is unknown if Waters was traveling on foot or by vehicle. She does not have access to her phone and may require medical attention.
Any information that can be provided on the whereabouts of Lillian is requested to be sent to the
Greene County Sheriff’s Department at 812-384-4411. Deputy Michael Stanley is the investigating officer.
