Bailey, Vandeventer, Jr., win contested Bloomfield Town Council races

Election results are final and for contested town council races, Democrat John Bailey and Republican Gary Vandeventer Jr., walked away victorious. 

Bailey defeated Republican Scott Yoho 125 votes to 58 in the race for Town Council Ward 1. Bailey received 68.31 percent of the votes, while Yoho received 31.69 percent. 

Vandeventer defeated Democrat David Lee in the race for Town Council Ward 2 128 to 48 votes. Vandeventer received 72.73 percent of the votes, while Lee received 27.27 percent. 

Republican Dave Harding was uncontested in the race for Town Council Ward 3. 

For clerk-treasurer, Republican Sondra Thompson was uncontested.
