A Terre Haute pastor and former Metropolitan School District of Shakamak bus driver has been accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl, leading to two Level 4 felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

A Poland woman was arrested July 15 after police say she attempted to steal more than $560 worth of merchandise from the Linton Walmart earlier this month.

Water service has been interrupted for all Jasonville Utilities customers after Mainstream Fiber Optic Company struck a water main. According to Jasonville Utilities, customers throughout the city will be without water until further notice while utility crews complete the necessary repairs. Officials said crews are working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible and thanked customers for their patience during the outage. Once water service has been restored and repairs are complete, the entire water system will remain under a boil water advisory until further notice. A Sullivan man was arrested July 13 after an Indiana Conservation Officer found him asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle blocking a residential driveway in eastern Greene County.
