/New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023:
Dec. 1, 12:39 PM, Carl Lee Pennington, 34, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $1,000. Linton Police Department Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
Dec. 1, 8:33 PM, Michael Allen Faulk, 52, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of a legend drug or precursor, and invasion of privacy. No bond was allowed. Bloomfield Police Department Officer Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer.
Dec. 2, 5:55 AM, William Cayden Walker, 35, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery and strangulation. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500.
Dec. 2, 6:10 PM, Devin Scott Bailey, 38, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for theft. No bond was allowed.
Dec. 2, 7:24 PM, Calleen Joy Colegrove-Wiggington, 48, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation with a deadly weapon and interfering with public safety. No bond was allowed. Jasonville Police Department Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.
Dec. 2, 11:25 PM, Madison Lauren Elaine Johnson, 22, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed.
Dec. 3, 12:15 AM, Heather Lynn Babbs, 26, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for residential entry and theft. On those charges, she was held without bond. She was also arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. On that charge, her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
Dec. 3, 12:15 AM, 43, Jason Eugene Brown, 43, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for criminal trespass and theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.
Dec. 3, 7:37 PM, Tia Marie Hubbard, 29, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $100.
