Jennifer Ann Crites

Jennifer Ann Crites, age 47, of Worthington, entered eternal life on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and generosity. She was born in Bedford on March 18, 1978, the daughter of Robert Paul and Elizabeth Ann (Porter) White.

Jenny was a 1996 graduate of White River Valley High School in Switz City. She received her Associate Degree from Ivy Tech in Accounting. She is a member of the Switz City Christian Church, formerly served as a Trustee of the Greene County General Hospital Board of Trustees, and was active many years in the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. Her heart was always open to those in need, and found joy in filling the Community Blessing Boxes through her church. She had a deep love for her dogs, who were not just pets, but part of her family.

Jenny was a devoted wife, cherished daughter, loving mother, and treasured sister and aunt. She is survived by her husband of nearly 25 years, William Daniel Crites of Worthington; her son Elijah William Crites of Worthington; her mother, Elizabeth Ann White of Bloomfield; two sisters, Mandy (Aaron) Buskirk and Katie (Tyler) Mullis, both of Bloomfield; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Duane and Cindy Crites of Worthington. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews that she adored and spoiled every opportunity she got, Kylar, Silas, Maggie, Noah, Shelby, Evan, Cooper, Piper, Lydia, and Louca.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Paul White.

Jenny's warmth, generosity, and selfless spirit left an unforgettable impact of everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she shared and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
