New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023:

Dec. 4, 9:33 AM, Charles Casey Kennett, 34, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and invasion of privacy. No bond was allowed.

Dec. 4, 6:06 PM, Michael Dennis Passacantando, 83, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100. Linton Police Department Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

Dec. 4, 7:17 PM, Brandon Scott Stegura, 33, Sullivan, was arrested on a preliminary charge of public intoxication. His bond was set at $500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
