INDIANAPOLIS (April 21, 2022) – Indiana Secretary of State Holli Sullivan is reminding Hoosiers that today, Thursday, April 21st, is the final day for a circuit court clerk to receive an absentee ballot application from an applicant requesting delivery of an absentee ballot by mail. The application to request a mail-in ballot must be received no later than 11:59 p.m., 12 days before the election. Applications may be submitted to the circuit court clerk in person or by mail, fax, email, or online through the Indiana Voter Portal at IndianaVoters.com.

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the disappearance of Faith Williams, a 15 year old white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 165 pounds, black hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Faith is missing from Carlisle, Indiana which is 95 miles southwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 1:00 pm. She is believed to be in danger and may require medical assistance.
