A Springville man, accused of driving drunk and causing a fatal crash in May that took the life of Jeremiah Murphy and injured two others including a young child, got out of jail in August on a temporary release granted so he could seek medical treatment. On Monday, he was back in custody for an alleged violation of the conditions of his release.

A Greene County juvenile has been reported as missing and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for information. Keara Devae Analiece Wickline, 14 years old, is missing from the eastern Greene County area. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zachary Goad reports Keara was last known to be in the area of Highland Village Park in Bloomington, Ind., around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 18. Friday Night Update: Worthington man in custody, bond set at $11,000

Friday Night Update: Bennett was taken into custody at 7:42 p.m. in Worthington by Deputy Marshal James Harrington and Officer Timothy Inman, both of the Worthington Police Department. Before 9 p.m., he was booked in to the Greene County Jail where his bond was set at $11,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Officer Harrington reported Bennett was cooperative and the arrest was made without incident. A warrant’s been issued for the arrest of a Worthington man accused of spitting on an officer, kicking a computer and radios in a patrol vehicle, and other combative behavior.
