New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Aug 10, 2023:

Aug. 9, 10:12 AM, Kelly Irene Camp, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for theft and possession of methamphetamine. On the first charge, her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed while she was held without bond on the second charge. 

Aug. 9, 4:44 PM, Brandon James Truax, 41, Odon, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
