Paul David Gordon, 53, of Dugger, Indiana, went to Heaven, with his wife by his side, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on August 10, 1971 in Hagerstown, Maryland and was the son of Paul B. and Judith (Weigner) Gordon. Dave married his loving wife, Kelly L. (Shelton) Gordon on September 30, 2005.

Dave was a US Army veteran and a member of the Whosoever Will Full Gospel Church in Dugger. He was employed as a coal miner and then later worked in construction. Dave enjoyed coaching his grandchildren, hunting mushrooms and witnessing about Jesus.

Family left to cherish the memory of Dave include: his wife, Kelly Gordon; parents, Paul and Judith Gordon of Virginia; four sons, David Tyler (Hannah) Gordon, Christopher Gordon, Jason Mowery and Nathan (Kari) Mowery; one daughter, Nikki (Kenny) Helderman; nine grandchildren; five brothers, Seth Gordon, Thomas Gordon, Steve Langenstein, Steven DeVore and Darrell Manning; three sisters, Joy Dixon, Stephanie Langenstein and Paulette.

Dave was preceded in death by one sister, Jessica Manning.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Pastor Dan Dyer officiating. Military honors will be presented by the American Legion Post #22. Dave will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, January 13 and from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
