Norma Jean Somers, 85, of Bloomfield passed away Saturday December 21, 2024 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born September 28, 1939 in Boston Massachusetts the daughter of Dr. William Wellington Baumgartner and Marjorie (Edmondson) Baumgartner.

Norma Jean was an Executive secretary for Baumgartner Oil, she was retired.

Surviving relatives include her daughter Danielle (Jim) Goad, her grandchildren, Jimmy Goad, Jordon Goad, Talan Bryant, Tayla Bryant, Rebecca Taylor, one great grandchild, Atticus Goad, one brother, Franklin Wellington Baumgartner, niece and nephew Lesley Hart and Bucky Baumgartner.

Norma Jean was preceded in death by two sons, Rory Schoening, William Rance Schoening and her parents.
