Robin Ann Sloan, age 56, of Bloomfield, passed away peacefully at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Sullivan, IN on July 3, 1968, the daughter of Roger Myers & Zora Kay (Gambill) Misner.

She worked as a Community Corrections Officer in Vincennes for 11 years and enjoyed reading, hiking to waterfalls and camping. She loved spending time with her family at her home which was her little piece of paradise in the country where she could enjoy the nature around her.

She is survived by son, Brent (Jada) Wylie of Bloomfield; daughter, Cassadie (Demetrius) Willis of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Trey Willis and Brooklynn Willis; mother, Kay Misner and brother, Mark (Stacey) Myers as well as her best friend, Julia Stewart who she loved hiking to the waterfalls with.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Myers and bonus dad, Chuck Misner.

A celebration of Robin's life will be Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 1:00-5:00 pm at the Merom Community Building, 1997 S. 3rd St., Merom, Indiana 47861.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton.
