New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, June 28, 2023:

June 27, 8:33 PM, Blake Allen Fritz-Albertini, 20, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of battery resulting in bodily injury and unauthorized entry of a vehicle. His bond was set at $2,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

June 27, 11:26 PM, Michael Lee Pemberton, 43, Lyons, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
