A Bloomfield man was charged this week with reckless driving as a result of an incident that occurred back on Friday, December 6. He is accused of driving at speeds of 80-100 mph while traveling on the shoulder of a highway to pass a car on the right, then passing seven or eight cars, then passing several cars in a curve. One woman said she had three children in her vehicle when she was run off the road.
