Suspected drug dealer booked into jail then picked up by federal agents early this morning

After his arrest on Tuesday, July 13, by ISP, Kenneth Keiffer Fielder, 26, Bloomfield, was first booked into the Morgan County Jail. Yesterday afternoon, he was transported and booked into the Greene County Jail where he was wanted in a case of felony dealing methamphetamine. But Fielder was also named as a suspect in connection with a federal investigation and take-down of an organized drug trafficking operation and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest. Around 7:15 a.m. today, Friday, July 16, Fielder was released from the jail into the custody of federal agents.

When Proctor was booked in at 9:33 p.m., he was held without bond pending court appearance. During his initial hearing in Greene Superior Court yesterday afternoon, May 20, his bond in the latest case was set at $15,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. As of mid-day Friday, he had not yet posted bond. Proctor also has at least three other criminal cases pending against him…..……… Warrants were issued earlier today for the arrest of three men currently living in a rural Bloomfield residence, all on drug charges, all as a result of an investigation by an Indiana State Police Trooper.

When Hall was booked in at 7:41 p.m., he was held without bond pending court appearance. During his initial hearing in Greene Superior Court yesterday afternoon, May 20, his bond was set at $15,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. As of mid-day Friday, he had not yet posted bond. Court records now show Hall with a home address in Newberry.………… Warrants were issued earlier today for the arrest of three men currently living in a rural Bloomfield residence, all on drug charges, all as a result of an investigation by an Indiana State Police Trooper.
