New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025:

Jan. 23, 1:29 p.m., Joshua Matthew Craig, 45, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of habitual traffic violator, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

Jan. 23, 2:03 p.m., Logan Gage Russell, 19, Decker, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer.

Jan. 23, 2:51 p.m., Ryan Matthew Nicholson, 38, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

Jan. 24, 1:10 a.m., David Eugene Roy, 38, Bloomfield, was arrested on preliminary charges of strangulation and domestic battery—adult knowing presence of child less than 16 years old. His bond was set at $16,000 surety with 10% allowed. Bloomfield Police Department Officer Bryan Lifford was the arresting officer.
