New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Jan. 25, 2025:

Jan. 24, 5:11 p.m., Winston Jay Williams, 27, Sandborn, was arrested on a warrant for official misconduct and theft when the value of property is at least $750 but less than $50,000. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 25, 5:57 a.m., Paul G. Nicolulis, II, 36, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle with intoxicated—endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Department Office Davis Aerne was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 25, 6:24 p.m., Cody Wesley Major, 30, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of paraphernalia, and refusal to aid an officer. On those charges, his bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for sex offender registration violation. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 25, 8:44 p.m., Annie Gray Nauman, 37, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 25, 9:33 p.m., Jenner Dolan Smith, 47, Cedar Lake, was arrested on preliminary charges of burglary, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer.

Jan. 25, 9:41 p.m., Harold Scott Alsman, 38, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant for criminal mischief. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

Jan. 26, 12:23 a.m., Johnathan Alan Goleman, 28, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Andrew Weeks was the arresting officer.
