Elsewhere: Bicknell police officer arrested for official misconduct and criminal recklessness
/KNOX COUNTY – On Thursday, April 12, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Indiana State Police and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force arrested Bicknell Police Lieutenant Kevin Carroll, 47, for Official Misconduct and Criminal Recklessness.
The investigation was initiated in March after police received information that Carroll had shared sensitive information with a Daviess County resident. During the investigation it was revealed that Carroll allegedly compromised undercover drug operations and put undercover officers at risk by sharing sensitive material.
Carroll was released from the Knox County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
