Bobby Lee Wolfe

Bobby Lee Wolfe, 83 of Dugger, Indiana passed away September 21, 2023 at his home.

Bobby was born February 2, 1940 in Sullivan, Indiana the son of Charles Wolfe and Bernice (Turpen) Wolfe. He was a graduate of Union High School. He worked at Peabody’s Universal Mine and was also a semi truck driver. He was a member of Dugger Masonic Lodge# 721 and the United Mine Workers of America.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Larry Wolfe, and a granddaughter, Katelyn Wolfe.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy (Reynolds) Wolfe, two sons, Scott Wolfe (Leslie) of Dugger, Indiana, Eric Wolfe of Linton, Indiana, a Daughter-in-Law Laura of Linton, Indiana, a sister, Kay Witty of Linton, Indiana, five grandchildren, Gaven, Jacob, Zoe, Brilee Meredith (Rance), Hammer Parker, three great grandchildren, Onyx, Sawyer, and Hank, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Newkirk’s Funeral Home in Dugger, Indiana, 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 25, 2023, with Jeanna Channel officiating. A Masonic Service will be held at 1:30 PM Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the services. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery in Dugger, Indiana.

Kendra Kathleen (Petiniot) Mihlfeld

Kendra Kathleen (Petiniot) Mihlfeld, age 30, of Robinson, IL, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023, due to injuries sustained in an accident. She was born in Terre Haute on January 7, 1993, the daughter of Patrick J. "P.J." and Leslie J. (LeCocq) Petiniot.

Kendra was a 2011 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School. She worked at MTI Trucking in Robinson, Illinois. She enjoyed, fishing, archery, riding horses, throwing darts, riding ATV's, and spending time with her friends.

She is survived by two sons, Bryce and Ryder Petiniot; her parents, P.J. and Leslie Petiniot of Greencastle; a sister, Samantha Petiniot of SanFrancisco, CA; a brother, Ian Petiniot of Greencastle; maternal grandparents, Bill and Darla LeCocq of Linton; paternal grandmothers, Katie Prewitt of Greencastle and Char Petiniot of Waldron, MI; a niece, Leah; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her son, Hunter; and her paternal grandfather, Jim Petiniot.

Funeral service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, with James Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 P.M., and on Wednesday from 9 A.M. until the time of service.

Memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund being organized for Kendra's children, through the funeral home.
