New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, May 21, 2024:

May 21, 7:46 AM, Jessica Lynn Donna, 36, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance, and possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Adam Adcock was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
