No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Chief Paul Clark was the arresting officer.

May 17, 1:35 PM, Jonathan Lee Towell, 38, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.
