July 12, 12:03 PM, Bryan Scott Tomey, 46, Bedford, was arrested on preliminary charges of theft, theft with a prior conviction of theft or conversion, and theft with a value of property at least $750 and less than $50,000. On the theft charge, bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed; however, on the other two charges, no bond was allowed. He was arrested by Linton Police Department Det. Logan Hobbs.

July 12, 9:40 PM, Hanna Marie Murley, 24, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Jasonville Police Department Officer Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.

July 13, 2:19 AM, Jeremy Robert Felker, 44, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100.
