Oct. 16, 9:30 AM, Braxston Michael Nickle, 21, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated: endangerment, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, possession of a Schedule II, III, or IV controlled substance, theft, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.

Oct. 16, 11:57 AM, Dale Leon Townsend, 39, Newberry, was arrested on preliminary charges of theft, domestic battery, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $18,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Oct. 16, 2:17 PM, Dakota Wayne Carpenter, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for theft with a prior conviction for theft or conversion. His bond was set at $12,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Oct. 16, 2:42 PM, Parker Eugene Lee Gould, 19, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of strangulation and domestic battery. His bond was set at $11,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Department Officer JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

Oct. 16, 6:01 PM, Briauna Shey George-Fisher, 28, Switz City, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond was allowed.
