New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Oct. 16, 2023:

Oct. 13, 1:53 PM, Robert Alan Lovelace, 28, Vincennes, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with public safety. No bond was allowed. 

Oct. 13, 6:26 PM, Marsadie Jo Lewis, 31, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Oct. 15, 10:26 AM, Stacy Ann Woodruff, 41, Worthington, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
