January 3, 2022, 3:08 p.m. – Mandy Lynn Stuck, 39, Shelburn, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in court for an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

January 3, 2022, 4:06 p.m. – Kimberly Renee Gray, 34, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

January 3, 2022, 8:01 p.m. – Michael David Kuhlenschmidt, 40, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 15 or more, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $8,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
