A 64-year-old Worthington man was arrested for operating a vehicle at more than twice the legal limit after a traffic stop for speeding. 

An 18-year-old Bloomfield man found himself behind bars on Christmas Eve after allegedly battering a disabled family member.

A 41-year-old Worthington woman was arrested Dec. 14 on felony alcohol-related charges after a traffic stop for traveling 110 MPH in a 55 MPH speed zone.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a fatal one-vehicle car accident that occurred Wednesday morning on East Ore Branch Road. 

A Martinsville man, who lied to police about his identity and age, was summoned to appear in Greene Superior Court after allegedly taking items without rending payment at the Jasonville Family Dollar Store. 

An Evansville man was arrested on Dec. 11 after failing to appear at his initial hearing in a case involving the theft of several bottles of anti-diarrhea medicine during six stops at a local store.
