March 17, 10:55 a.m., James William Richardson, II, 40, Bloomington, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court. On that charge, his bond was set at $500 cash only. His bond was paid on that charge. He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. On that charge, no bond was allowed.

March 17, 1:43 p.m., Ryan Jacob Major, 29, Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. On those charges, his bond was set at $5,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. No bond was allowed.

March 18, 12:40 a.m., Tharun Thondapu, 24, North Brunswick, NJ, was arrested on operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment. He was held on a surety only bond.

March 18, 1:38 a.m., Parker Eugene Lee Gould, 22, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $8,500. He was released after posting $850.
