A report of a suspicious female ended in the arrest of a 63-year-old Linton woman on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia after a traffic stop in Jasonville on May 30.

Prayers for my helper Tammy Marsh who is having surgery this morning on her shoulder and rotator cuff, and for my helper Beth Miller who is picking up some extra chores. May has been difficult as every person associated with GreeneStreets as well as all of my (adult) children and I have faced down some type of challenging situation but we’re all survivors and persevere. When I had my first appointment with the new hand specialist, I felt like I’d landed in the right place when they asked for x-rays first thing - nobody else bothered. No broken bones! Tomorrow I go in for a test on all the nerves in my arm and hand to determine the location and severity of the injury. So I’ll be away from my computer for a time today and tomorrow but Halea’s back and we’ve got a lot of catch-up to do. Looking forward to June and all of us getting back on track. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of Christina Lynn Strunk, a 49 year old white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 85 pounds, blonde hair with hazel eyes, last seen wearing a black floral dress, and driving a red 2016 Toyota Camry with Indiana license plate: BLZ500. Christina is missing from Bloomington, Indiana which is 51 miles southwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
