LATEST UPDATE: On Monday, May 22, the California Highway Patrol contacted the Greene County Sheriff’s Department and advised they had located Michelle Sears in Blythe County, California. She was found to be safe and her well-being was checked as secure by CHP. No further details have been released.

The Greene County Sheriff's Department is investigating a report of a person missing from the Linton area and is asking for information from the public.
GCSD Deputy Zachary Goad said Michelle has been reported by family members as missing and was last seen at a residence on County Road 1375 West near Linton on April 21. Prior to leaving on April 21, Michelle said she was going to Terre Haute then going mushroom hunting with Rodger Sears.
Any information about the location of Michelle Sears or Rodger Sears can be provided to the Greene County Sheriff's Office at 812-384-4411.
