An Iowa couple just traveling through Bloomfield on their way to a music festival, without lights on their trailer, were stopped and wound up in jail on drug charges. When they were in court yesterday, their bond was set at $5,000 surety or cash with no ten percent allowed. There was a festival in Springville July 30-August 3 called the “Gathering of the Juggalos.”
