Tracey Lynn Sizemore
/Tracey Lynn Sizemore, 62, of Bloomington, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Tracey was born on October 12, 1961, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Rondell C. Tipton and Janice M. Kandutsch Graulau.
Tracey loved planting and caring for her flowers and herbs. She was a volunteer for several years at Pantry 279, Mother Hubbards, and Peoples Open Pantry. Volunteering was a source of joy and happiness for her.
Over the past 3 years Tracey’s health has declined, making the smallest tasks in everyday life a challenge. However, she did her best to be independent and wished that she could still work. Tracey was a server at Chapmans, Village Inn and at Indy’s. She really missed working but was blessed with life-long friendships she made during her working days.
Over the years Tracey has touched many lives through her generosity. If Tracey was your friend, you knew you always had a safe place to land, a meal if you were hungry, a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. She was a loyal friend and children took to her immediately. She loved the title of Nana given to her by her grandchildren. However, she became Nana to many other children. She will be remembered lovingly and missed deeply.
Tracey is survived by her daughters, Melissa Bays, Nicole Sizemore, Kaitlyn (Noah) Roudebush, and one son, Zachary Sizemore; her grandchildren, Dylan, Skyanna, Elam, Aleah, Timothy, Niko, and Carson.
Tracey was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Kimmie, her granddaughter, Breeanne and her best-friend, Donna.
Please join us at a celebration of life for Tracey on Sunday, January 28, at Village Inn Restaurant in Ellettsville at 4:00.
