Larry D. Beverstock, 84, of Cloverdale, Indiana, passed away, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at his home with loved ones by his side. He was born on September 25, 1940 in Kansas City, Missouri to Bard Bertram Beverstock and Iris (Robison) Beverstock Love. Larry married his loving wife, Sandy S. (Bloom) Beverstock on March 9, 1995.
Larry was a US Navy Veteran and was a member of the UAW Local #933 and a lifetime member of the VFW Post #7118. He worked at Rolls Royce, General Motors and Allison Engine, all of Indianapolis, for 40 years. He retired in 2002. Larry enjoyed watching westerns, farming, football, sitting around campfires and playing with his dog, ‘Liea’.
Family left to cherish the memory of Larry include: his wife, Sandy Beverstock; two sons, Daniel Beverstock of Indianapolis and Eric Bloom of Texas; grandchildren, Natalie Todd, Whitney Fox, Renee Bloom, Nick Beverstock and Cayne Beverstock; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Kasee, Mason and Caitlin; brother, Arthur (Rea) Love of Linton; sister-in-law, Nancy Beverstock and brother-in-law, Bill VanGorder.
Larry was preceded in death by: his parents; brother Jackie Lee Beverstock; sisters, Diane Love-VanGorder and Beverly Beverstock-Decker.
Funeral services to honor the life of Larry will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Jeff Fulk officiating. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post #22. Larry will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post #7118. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

She was born on February 9, 1941 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Max Earl and Cordy ‘Berti’ (Lashbrook) Hopkins. Micki married the love of her life, Jerry D. Church on October 11, 1959.
