Dr. Bob E. Smiley, 85, of Bloomington, formerly of Linton, Indiana, went peacefully to Heaven surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 22, 1934 in Bloomington to James Robert Smiley and Dorothy (Harding) Parrot.
