New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025:

Aug. 20, 11:49 p.m., Gary Dean Haggard, 68, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft when the value of property is at least $750 and less than $50,000. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. 

Aug 20, 6:47 p.m., Devin Bradley Tatlock, 27, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy, dealing a marijuana, and possession of marijuana. No bond was allowed. He was also booked on an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear. No bond was allowed on the warrant arrest. 

Aug. 20, 10:11 p.m., Emily Dawn Sullivan, 26, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana. Her bond was set at $10,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $1,050.
