New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025:

Jan. 14, 7:10 a.m., Deborah Sue Swenson, 55, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for resisting law enforcement—creates a substantial risk of bodily injury to the defendant or victim and the defendant has two priors. No bond was allowed. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Pat Fulford was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
