May 22, 9:00 AM, Carl Troy Romine, 55, Lewis, was arrested on a warrant for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Courthouse Officer Pat Fulford was the arresting officer. 

May 22, 11:08 AM, Heather Lynn Babbs, 27, Solsberry, was arrested on a warrant for theft when the value of property is at least $75o but less than $50,000. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Brandon Eads was the arresting officer. 

May 22, 4:31 PM, Jesse Wayne Stephens, 59, Lyons, was arrested on a warrant for murder. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Mitchell Eberhardt was the arresting officer. 

May 22, 6:18 PM, Shawn Troy Burris, 54, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 with 10% cash allowed. He was also arrested on a preliminary charge of failure to appear. On that charge, no bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Nathan Kilgore was the arresting officer. 

May 23, 2:30 AM, Stephanie Michele Marlowe, 41, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer. 

May 23, 4:30 AM, Matthew Wayne Hayworth, 38, Springville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Travis Hasler was the arresting officer. 

May 23, 4:56 AM, Jamie Sue Tarter, 46, Solsberry, was arrested on a preliminary charge of invasion of privacy. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.
